Step:1 Press "D" on your keyboard to set the background swatch with black. Press the letter "X" to swap swatches. Hold down the apple key and press delete.
Step:2 Type your text. Hold down the control key and click on the text layer. Choose Rasterize.
Step:3Make a duplicate of your Rasterized layer. Go under Filter and choose Blur, choose Motion Blur. When the dialog box appears set the angle to 0ยบ and increase the distance of the Blur to 39 pixels. Click OK.
