African Proverb#5

"The fool speaks, the wise person listens".
I think that this Proverb means that the people who act foolish are the ones who are always talking and running their mouth. The people who are wise are the ones who just listen to what they say. They don't really follow what they do... they just listen and observe how they act. I feel that a wise person knows when someone else is the fool. A wise person knows when to clown around but they also know when not to. A fool just thinks just because they laugh at you once.... that don't mean they will always laugh.
