"Cross the river with a crowd and the crocodile won't eat us". What does the Proverb mean to you? How can you use it in your everyday life? Give an example.
I feel that the Proverb "Cross the river with a crowd and the crocodile won't eat us" means that when you work together using teamwork you'll get the job done. For instance, when you work alone (independently) you won't get everything done. You won't get it done in time. In fact when you work together in a group, you'll everything done in no time. I can use this Proverb in everyday life by learning how to work with others. Clearly, I'll learn how to no only depend on just myself but others too. The problem is that I'm so use to working alone that when someone offers to help me I refuse it. Although I know that if they help everything will be okay. Maybe I'll learn that if someone offers to help me and I need help I would accept it.
