"One camel does not laugh at another camel's hump"
I feel that this Proverb means that a person should not laugh at another person's mistake. In fact, it's pretty rude to ridicule another person. In addition, you don't know how your making that person feel. In addition you don't know what they go through at home and your treating them like they are less than you. They might need a friend to count on and your treating them wrong. To sum it all up.... just treat people the way you would want them to treat you.
